Transport
La Coruña Airport (LCG) is the nearest, approximately 1.5 hours drive from Viveiro. Alternatively, the airports of Santiago de Compostela (SCQ) and Asturias (OVD) are two hours drive. Rental cars are available at all three airports. There is also a train that runs between Ferrol and Oviedo, with a stop very close by to the apartment (Viviero Apdro.).

The apartment is well appointed, with modern furnishings, a bespoke kitchen, two bedrooms, a small utility room in a recently constructed apartment block. The apartment block is a short walk from the historic centre of Viveiro and There are supermarkets and other shops (e.g. bakery), numerous bars and restraunts within a short walk. Covas beach is within walking distance. it is a few minutes walk to the beach.
It is five minutes by car to the park with the largest eucalyptus tree in Europe.
There are numerous beautiful golden sand beaches within a short drive. It is twenty minutes drive to the park bench that is acclaimed to have the most beautiful view in the world, called Loiba. It is thirty-five minutes drive to the beach "As Catedrais". There is a surfing school in Viveiro.

The sitting room has great views of the golden sand beach, bay, mountains and river. The bedrooms have views of the valley adjacent to the apartment block.

This property is located in a very nice street and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is within the Cuidad de Viveiro building, a short walk from the city center itself.
Internal Details
There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The sitting room overlooks the estuary and across to Covas, it has a sofa, a dining table and seating for four.
The bathroom has a bath / shower, WC and washbasin. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine which guests are able to utilize. There is access through the building to the basement car parking.
External Details
There is secure entry to the building. There are communal gardens with a private swimming pool and children's playground.

The apartment is approximately 50 meters squared, and the overall space is very well laid out.
